Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

- Campaign Management & Execution:

- Public Relations & Communications:
- Oversee the company’s PR and communications strategies, managing media relations, press releases, and corporate messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Develop crisis communication strategies and manage the company’s public image during critical situations.
- Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Lead initiatives to gather customer feedback and improve the customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing the return on marketing investments (ROMI).
- Analyze the financial impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
- Report on marketing performance to senior leadership, providing insights into the effectiveness of marketing spend.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of marketing staff to ensure the team’s skills are aligned with current and future needs.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Education & Experience:
