Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
    • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Ensure a strong online presence and leverage digital tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
    • Drive growth through data-driven decision-making and performance marketing.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:

    • Develop crisis communication strategies and manage the company’s public image during critical situations.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends.
    • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Lead initiatives to gather customer feedback and improve the customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing the return on marketing investments (ROMI).
    • Analyze the financial impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
    • Report on marketing performance to senior leadership, providing insights into the effectiveness of marketing spend.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of marketing staff to ensure the team’s skills are aligned with current and future needs.
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and public relations.

Education & Experience:
