Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Digital to lead our digital strategy and oversee all digital marketing and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
    • Lead the digital transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring the effective use of digital technologies to enhance operations and customer engagement.
    • Identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
    • Lead the development of content strategies that increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive conversion rates across all digital channels.
    • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI on digital campaigns.
  • Website & E-commerce Management:
    • Ensure the optimization and performance of the company’s website, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps.
    • Oversee user experience (UX) design, A/B testing, and website performance to drive traffic and improve customer retention.
    • Work with IT and development teams to implement new features, improve site performance, and ensure security and compliance.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, user behaviors, and overall performance.
    • Develop KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into digital marketing performance and continuously optimize strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience, conversion rates, and digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Digital Product Development:
    • Lead the creation and enhancement of digital products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with product, design, and IT teams to develop digital solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and mentor the digital marketing and technology teams, ensuring a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to drive digital projects and initiatives.
  • Omnichannel Integration:
    • Ensure seamless integration of digital strategies with offline marketing and customer experiences.
    • Drive omnichannel campaigns that ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, from social media to in-store.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading digital strategy and transformation in a senior role, such as Digital Director, Head of Digital, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, UX/UI, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Strong track record of successfully driving growth through digital channels.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
