We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of the company, leading the team, and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate the company's strategic vision, mission, and goals, ensuring alignment with our target market and competitive landscape.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our client base and enhance our service offerings.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Team Management: Provide strong leadership to our passionate and experienced team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adapt our strategies accordingly.
- Board Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the Board of Directors, providing updates on company performance, key initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of investment banking, private banking, wealth management, and business banking.

- Extensive knowledge of the UK financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.

Working Arrangements:
